Repositioning a heritage-driven company with a bold new identity and digital presence that connects with today’s audience while respecting its roots.
The studio had a solid reputation, but its systems and digital presence were no longer supporting growth. Client flow was inconsistent, the experience felt dated, and newer audiences weren’t converting.
The goal was to modernize the studio without breaking what already worked. We rebuilt the identity and digital system to be clearer, more consistent, and scalable while preserving the trust the studio had earned over time. The website was redesigned around conversion, structure, and ease of use, ensuring both existing clients and new audiences could move through the experience without friction.
The challenge wasn’t preserving legacy it was building a system that could support future growth. A legacy-led identity no longer converted or connected with a new audience.
Korten risked being overlooked by younger customers who saw the brand as outdated. The identity was dated, with visuals that lacked clarity and cohesion. Their website was not only visually weak but also hard to navigate, creating friction instead of connection. The challenge was to build a refreshed identity that respected the brand’s history while presenting it in a way that felt dynamic, trustworthy, and forward-looking.

The rebrand provided Korten with a versatile design system, bold visuals, and a website that tells their story with confidence. Messaging was updated to resonate with modern audiences without alienating existing customers. The new presence positioned Korten as a heritage brand with contemporary relevance, helping it strengthen loyalty and expand its market reach. The transformation proved that honoring the past and embracing the future can go hand in hand.
